Note: IE6 has a conflict with Cases redesign pages/programming. If you are having trouble with viewing any part of the site and you use IE6 then choose to upgrade to IE7 or higher or upload Firefox or Opera browsers. Both are free. Personally I recommend Opera as it gets along fantastically with Cases programming. Plus it's a very cool browser.

The speed, or lack thereof, is not within our control. Members that use IE6 have found that many issues, including main page loading, are corrected when they upgrade to IE7 or higher or use another browser such as Firefox or Opera.
