Note: IE6 has a conflict with Cases redesign pages/programming. If you are having trouble with viewing any part of the site and you use IE6 then choose to upgrade to IE7 or higher or upload Firefox or Opera browsers. Both are free. Personally I recommend Opera as it gets along fantastically with Cases programming. Plus it's a very cool browser.
1. On main page, top right, under the large banner members sign in.
2. Click on the My Account tab

5. To upload or edit an avatar click on the green button.
6. Click the browse button to search your computer files for the picture you want to use.
Then click upload
