BROWSER ISSUES

1. If you are using FireFox or Netscape then you will see the right side ads "popping on and off " on the left side over the main page. This is a problem with Firefox and Netscape. Using Opera or IE7 or better will resolve those problems.

2. Many issues such as not being able to upload an avatar, not being able to view calendar links, etc are caused by using IE6.
IE6 has a conflict with Cases redesign pages/programming. If you are having trouble with viewing any part of the site and you use IE6 then choose to upgrade to IE7 or higher or upload Firefox or Opera browsers. Both are free. Personally I recommend Opera as it gets along fantastically with Cases programming. Plus it's a very cool browser.
